Its a quote she found and it refers to herself... i dont know if she still has feelings for me or not or she doesnt wanna let me go...

She seems to not be over you and still has feelings (according to the quote), but if she is with someone else.. forget it.
You should move on and if you are still hurt, try to stop contact for a longer amount of time since she might mess with you more.
