What to do?

Ok so me and my girlfriend broke up about 4 months ago. She has called me 3 times over the last 4 months and said she wants to be together. The last time was about 2 weeks ago so we talked and i told her i want to be with her to so we are trying to work it out. The only thing is we have been hanging out for almost 2 weeks now and it seems like she is ignoring me. We hang out sometimes but when we hang out it doesnt seem like she wants to be with me. She tells me she loves me an does want to be together but says she wants to be single right now and keep hanging out and talking and see where it goes. She says sshe likes being single. She used to be all cuddly and loving when we dated but now she isnt. She doesnt call me throughout the day or text me much at all. What do i do can anyone help or maybe tell me what you think is going on?
