well.... The guy I've been seeing for the past 6 months is absolutely amazing in bed. We are both in our early 50's. I do tell him that he is amazing. My question is, do men like it when women tell them when they are good?

Is there anyone who DOESN'T like being told they're good in bed?
Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever. - Mohandas Gandhi
Only if it's true and genuine. I mean, if you tell him he's good when it's obvious he's not, then that would have the opposite effect.
My woman praises me constantly, as I make her come 8 times in 1 hour. That means I have done my job well.
Thanks, Kiaus... your woman is one lucky lady!
I hate it.
I'd rather wonder about it incessantly and drown in insecurity.
I prefer to have my confidence undermined.
Do you really have to ASK this question?
The answer is obvious...
(And if it ISN'T, the answer is YES.)
Unless of course, you're doing some role playing game where his skills are inferior, or subpar compared to others.
Thanks for all of your responses... even the sarcastic ones. It's just that I was married for 18 years and just divorced last year. Dating and everything that goes along with it is new to me. I've been seeing a great guy for the past 6 months and just don't want to say or do anything to mess things up. That's why I asked for a man's point of view. This guy truely is amazing in bed, so anything that I say is sincere and genuine.
I don't like talking about it. I'm a nonverbal kind of guy.
Besides, I can usually tell when I've done the job right. No need to linger over it afterwards.
My husband basks in praise. It's like sunshine.

hell yes
we like it
I absolutely love it, and actually nothing turns me on more...
Conversely, if you ever want to make him jealous, tell him he's bad, or that you found someone who's better
I know how that is. I was married really young for 12 long years, so when I finally divorced and met someone new, I felt this whole dating thing was super new and scary. I have done some really dumb things, and almost messed everything up. Thank goodness my lady is so wonderful and understanding. So I'm the lucky one.
A woman telling a man he is good in bed? What kind of insult is that?
Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
Weak find the whip, willing find freedom
Towards the sun, carry your name
In warm hands you are given
Ask the wind for the way
Uncertainty's gone, your path will unravel
Accept all as it is and do not blame
God or the Devil
