"Invest wisely and have money work hard for you"
So, what's 1 billion out of 70? j/k
Apple is well on its way to an antitrust suit like what happened to Microsoft (see their awful new logo)?
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

It looks like Rubiks cube's retarded little brother. Who apparently suffers from a small penis and erectile dysfunction. (oh no, not PC, damn)

Samsung is still manufacturing the processors and screen for the iPad and iPhones, even after this $1B case. Both companies are worth tens of billions, I think this was just a contest on who has the biggest penis. Obviously it wasn't damaging enough to hurt their parts relationship.
Oh no. Apple is perceived as a "hip" instead of a mega-corporation, which is of course what they are. They've gone "Harley-Davidson" and sold a lifestyle that their products complement. Microsoft was (and is) perceived as an evil mega-corporation, and were persecuted for a monopoly they didn't have.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of Microsoft, but their own recent business practices have done more to damage them than any government agency ever could - which is of course what usually happens when a corporation gets so big and myopic that they lose sight of their customers wants and needs and instead start trying to dictate the consumers' desires. They followed XP (an excellent, straightforward and stable OS) with Vista (a horribly unstable and non-intuitive OS) which was so bad that they rushed Windows 7 to market before it was ready, and are now preparing to follow it up with Windows 8 which is getting near-universally bad reviews. They've pulled out the big guns and taken aim squarely at their feet.
No, Samsung won't be terribly hurt by this - their electronics production is very diverse, and WELL-entrenched in Asia... and no, Apple won't get getting into any trouble over this.
