Never even dated.

Hello everyone, I entered this forum because I don't know why I have never had someone love me even though I'm referred as a nice and a good-looking guy by many people (including girls). I've only told 2 girls that I had a big thing for them, but failed at both situations ending up seeing them date guys who are very shallow and ignorant, who are just dating them for their looks while I admire every aspect of their being. I tend to think very seriously about dating; I wish the one that I like, to be the one I end up spending the rest of my life, is this a wrong thing to do?

the more you think about it mate, the less likely it is it wil lhappen. Get on with your life, socialise and meet people (without looking at them as "potential dates" - it shows and can be annoying) and let it happen on its own time. It's nothing but chance.

Stop putting girls up on a pedestal, they don't like it. If you are eager to please and readily available to them the get put off. So whatever you are doing, do the opposite.

Also never express you feelings for someone when you are not even in a serious relationship with....they run like hell......you come off as desperate, weak and needy.
