I'm not a female, but it doesn't take a vagina to realize that if the feeling is gone why should you even consider continuing the relationship?

But I think your question may be "How can you tell if your girlfriend is drifting apart from you emotionally?" I'm not sure on the wording there, buddy.

Rule of thumb: If you are a rational, level-headed individual and all signs point to the partner drifting, they probably are. If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck...

The only option you have (other than tapping her phone, following her around town and giving the third degree to her friends) is point-blank ask her yourself and see what kind of response you get. If you hear "I don't know" mixed in there anywhere it may very well be time to reevaluate your relationship in its entirety.
