Ok 1 and 4 rule eachother out. She knows you well enough to be able to say she loves you, but not well enough to even know if you have a girlfriend. Now unless this is some scenario from a cheap Alec Baldwin film, I don't see how you can look to her for a serious relationship.

Although in reasoning 1 and 4 contradict each other, I disagree with 'meh'. I think it is just playful flirting... the 'I love you' is most likely not serious. It's probably more like the meaning of 'love ya', which is thrown around more and doesn't have as strong of a meaning.. but still a way of implying something.

A lot of people flirt in playful ways like this girl, regardless of whether or not they are looking for a serious relationship.
