I couldn't talk on the phone and poop at the same time.
I can't even pee if there is someone in the room. Imagine how difficult that is. And if someone has noticed I have been in the bathroom for an odd amount of time, I have to flush the toilet and pretend like I'm done.

I've done that countless times.
Before the era of cellphones my uncle who was an obgyn had a phone mounted right in from of the toilet because he was on call 24/7/365.
