Both "he" and "she" are in the wrong for texting all that to each other instead of using the voice function of their phones and getting it cleared up immediately. If "she' said "Just pick me up in the morning" and he heard she's voice he wouldn't have viewed it as a command most likely.
What does it matter who's right and who's wrong? "She" should be concentrating on the fact that "he" just orchastrated a situtation out of nothing in order NOT to see "her" int he morning while at the same time making "her" think it was "her" fault. Manipulative as fk from where I'm sitting.
