Hurting legs

I dunno how to explain that.Since some period, My arms and legs are hurting sometimes ,but it's more like when You were sleeping in a wrong position or like the blood presure is going crazy or also like arms and legs were 'sleepy'.
I dunno...since some time I wake up sometimes because my legs hurt and I find out that I am flexing my legs.But it shouldn't be like that, I used to sleep with flexed legs since always and never had that problem.
You see I don't even know how to explain how it feels but it's annoying. Besides I would like to know if it's possible because of the depo shot and if it's something I should worry about.

I hate waking up with a numb arm after lying in a position that cuts off the blood circulation to it. Sometimes it's the scariest feeling when you touch something and you can't feel anything for a few minutes, as if your arm is dead. Then you get the worst case of pins and needles.

Could be a pinched nerve or something. Numbness isn't exactly a good thing, I would at least talk with a doctor about it.

Could be Restless leg syndrome

It's not connected with Depo PP, that's just a synthetic version of Progesterone, a hormone.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say flexing, or sleeping with flexed legs. What you're describing seem to be circulation problems. Do you do anything active besides stand around and look cute in that uniform you wear at work?

Seriously though, maybe try a few deep tissue massages...you may have some tightness or impingement like cb said.

I woke up not so long ago and my arms and knees hurt and I had dumb toes.
I asked about depo cause one of the side effects might be causing some problems with bones...
I tried to asked the doctor what is it,but I didn't know how to explain so he ignored me lol.
Dunno maybe it helps if I tell You that sometimes my feet and hands are cold like I would be dead hehe ,and I'm talking about being at home.

What you're describing sounds exactly like circulation problems. I couldn't begin to dig deeper than that as to what's causing it, only that it's not the hormone you're on.

Yeah might be... But unfortunately I'm not able to check my blood pressure cause my blood pressure meter is broken... I also don't want to go again to doctor cause i was 2 weeks ago and I already took 3 refferals to other doctors( lol i really needed them ) plus I was sick back then.He already looked at me weird when I was telling him about all of those things,like I was hypochondriac lol .

Over here you can check your blood pressure at every pharmacy for free. Are you taking a few different medications right now PP? It could be a combination of certain drugs that are contributing to those symptoms or lowering your blood pressure.

I was on depo. Since yesterday I started to take baby pills.Last week I finished to take antibiotics. But I'm taking antibiotics from time to time ,because I have chronical problems with urinating (probobly bacterial infection,once it was really bad I had a urine analyse and it turned out I had infection with staphyloccocus aureus bactery) ,it might be something else since it started few years ago and I have it each few weeks.That's why I go to urologist on friday. I used to take lot of antibiotics because of my dumb ex doctor... I can say I was having antibiotic sessions each 1-2 weeks for 2-3 years (without summer) .After all it turned out my problem wasn't caused with bacteries but allergy.But it's too late,my immune system is ****ed up already.
Dunno if depo and antibiotics have something to do with it.
