    Dating co-workers?

I recently started a new job at Target. I'm constantly working around a bunch of girls that I like... so yeah, I've noticed a coupel maybe taking interest in me and I was just wondering what do you guys think? Date co-workers or not? I have had a hard time finding people in this town since i moved here. Lol and the other thing is that i'm kinda their manager. well I just run the front end and they are cashiers, so i mean its not like i'm the store manager... they're my age. hehe i dunno, just been thinking about it

Do your work have a policy about it? Some places actually ban dating between colleagues

personally and i speak from experience i would not date anyone i work with again. especially if i was in the managment position. i know this kinda sucks but it can create problems for you especially since you are a manager.

i agree. i know it sucks. you seem these girls all the time, you get to know them, become close and you wanna try dating. but the reality off it is that it most likely won't work out, unless you end up marrying the girl, and in the end it can cause ALOT of problems at work. besides working together with ur significant other can cause alot of problems a normal relationship doesn't go through. especially with you being like her mananger and all. i would say stop yourself b4 you even start.

Yeah...make friends with them but probably not a good idea to go further

Oh, wouldn't touch with a barge pole. It's all fine till you split & then it's horrendous if you have a bad split.

Nope. Dating girls in a DIFFERENT department that you don't have to see whenever you work there is fine. But don't start any relationships with someone that you do actually work with.

lol yeah thats what i figured. Oh well I'll see what happens. I worked with my ex too though, so it's all i've known lol. I've just had a hell of a time meeting people down here and it's nice to finally have an opportunity to meet some more people. If anything happens outside of work i'm gonna go for friends type stuff ya know. Go from there. No need to rush right now, because i literally have a lot going on.

lol damnit thats annoying. It's such a bunch of crap that when i finally get the chance to meet somone i can't. I give up honestly i don't really care if i work with them or not. At this point it doesnt matter anyways because i doubt i can get a damn gf anyways. I have really bad luck with that kinda stuff

    Don't do it.

I got deeply involved with an employee of mine. Don't do it. We had magic in the works for 3 months, then she went back to what she apparently couldnt let go of. I have since moved on, and she has since realized she made a mistake, and lost a really good thing, (me). So now all the emotion is at work. Drama at the workplace is NOT good. Believe me.
