End of a short summer love

So, long story short; two days ago mi "summer girlfriend" just left to her own town, like really far away from mine.

See, we were together barely 3 weeks, she was here on vacation for a month and it took us like one week to fall in love (both of us where infatuated actually). So, it was like 20 days of being together all the time, just laying on the sand, walking around ... well you get the picture.

Now she just left like 48 hours ago, and I still feel completely devastated, I mean I have actually been crying non-stop since yesterday, and I didn't even cry when I ended (or was ended) long-term, much meaningful relationships. What is going on? this is like the most painful thing I recall ever happened.

I need your suggestions, opinions, or anything you say... thx

Yeah, I never had a fling before, I only had "relationships", so pretty much this is my first casual-brief one.
It didn't last so long but it did affect me big time, and I have no idea why.

How do you get over this? I mean, is so bizarre.
