pimple in my mouth

there is a recurring pimple on the roof of my mouth. i either pop it or it goes away on its own, but it's always in the exact same spot.

i noticed it first this summer, while eating donuts. it seems to develop while i'm eating.

does anyone else have this? what's it called?
