Feared and beautiful winter
You arrived at last
With a lot of snow and ice,
We must take shelter now
And admire your ethereal bow,
That shines when the snow falls
And the ice strikes and makes holes.

Your beauty is unmatched
As your fury when dispatched,
When you struck the land just once
Everything becomes an ocean of ice,
You the most feared and beautiful season
That brings us all a new reason
To joy, to laugh and even cry
You winter born from sky.
