sun. Both are bad, but the tanning bed is worse for your skin.

I prefer the sun, because at least I can put on sunblock and not totally fry myself (and still get a little color).

My father died of melanoma. Of course, that was before anyone really realized how damaging tanning could be. I don't care if you want to tan anyway, but I think you should pay higher healthcare premiums.

i'm okinawan so i come from a history of farmers.. i get dark easy. but i'm also chinese and my dad is like the african of chinese. however, as you can see from my pics, i haven't been to the beach in ages.

The sun is the best way to go.
If I stay at the beach too long though it looks bad as hell.
But a couple hours on the beach and I got a sexy tan...::.*Love is giving someone the ability to break your heart but trusting them not to*.::..
