relationship woes

i have been dating this guy for 3 years, we live together and have met each others families. My family adores him, yet unfortunately his mother does not like me and ignores me when we visit. He refuses to talk to her about this, saying that it is a misunderstanding between us but it isnt. She lied about something i said last time we visited, trying to incite a row between the guy and me. Also he continues to watch porn behind my back and lie about it, he rates other women and makes suggestive comments about them in front of me, even when i have asked him not to. Just now he rated me '8 when you really try' to my face, then rated a picture of a random girl on the internet a 10. Am i overreacting by feeling insulted? I dont know what to do about him and i need help. Should i leave him?

Drop some hints his way that if he thinks like that maybe he should find someone else and see how he reacts.

i have tried that, he says he wouldnt want to be with anyone else, but if so why talk about other girls in that way? And as he lies about the porn, how can i possibly believe him when he says he wants to be with me?

Not saying you should leave him, you've invested alot of time in this, but you have to think about at some point, "Is this what I want the rest of my life to be like"?

Hes not showing you a lot of respect. It isnt my place to tell you whether you should leave him, but if it were me, i wouldnt be putting up with that.
