Come on, it's obviously for research purposes. Ever since they banned our samurai from testing their swords on peasants (they call it murder nowadays, pah!) we had to find something else, and whale flesh comes close enough.

That is so unsanitary... you can't just leave the meat out like that with the organs still inside... who taught these people how to field dress?
Cruelty and all that aside.... what a waste of perfectly good meat!
