    marriage age

so in a few threads i've seen posts along the lines of a suitable age for marriage.

i think it might be where your from/ where you live type thing because i can guarantee many if not most middle eastern girls will be married at or before 25 and boys at or before 30.

    50. Perfect age. You're losing your hair. What's left is gray. You're too tired to go prowling. Charm some young woman while you've still got a dash of appeal left, and lock her down in marriage. Then just let yourself go.

Yea, and if you still have at that age some $$$ you can get a 20 year old too.

I don't think any male should marry before 30, and females before 28. Before that, the divorce rate is ridiculously high. Also, this gives people a chance to learn to be independent and responsible adults (unless they are still living at home with their parents, in which case I think they should postpone getting married until they are fully independent).

Too young, but I am still married. (Of course, I am less receptive to the idea of divorce than are many people.) All of my siblings married before 23, and then they all divorced.

Well, considering that she said that someone has to be fully independent then I am assuming she means around 45? Cause houses are like 450-500 grand now and **** living in a condo or apartment...that is a waste of money and the apartment sure as hell is a retarded investment.

I don't think there is an age limit (as long as their legal lol) just at the right time for the person.

If it takes you to the age of 45 to be independent, then you should wait until you are at least 50 to be married.

I agree with Vasthi, Every single one of my friends who got married before 30, has already been divorced.
There are some things you just can't explain with the word... fate. You're just going to have to see it with your own eyes.

I was 21 when I got married. I'm in the process of a divorce.

There will be no more marriage in my future, as far as I can see at this juncture. If there is, I'll follow Gribs advice and do it when I'm honestly too tired to care that I have to put up with someone else's quirks, idiosyncrasies, share my food and space, etc.
