Body Language... Whats this mean?

I'm noticing repeating body language with many women I meet. I'll begin talking to them and they stiffen their back, bring their chin slightly forward and look me dead in the eye. Often times if what I am talking about requires input on their end they will hesitate to answer and usually reply with a very short answer and I usually feel like they aren't listening to me. TYPICALLY if I run into this woman again shortly after, lets say in the break room after a meeting, they won't repeat this a second time but will say hi or bye to me and NOT look into my eyes.

Reading what I just wrote I would figure their struck by me. But maybe thats just what I want to think?

Word of caution: I am a guy. If still interested, read on.

1. Hm... hate to say it but from what you wrote it seems to me you probably don't have enuff value in her eyes. If you did, she'd be mesmerised by you, and couldn't take her eyes off you. Also, she'd be actively contributing to the interaction. Maybe she is feeling you want something from her, basically you're not just chillaxing and having fun but have an objective to be reached in the interaction. They are good at sensing this.

2. IMO (I know this is going to sound iconoclastic, but please bear with me), IT IS IRRELEVANT WHAT BODY LANGUAGE WOMEN SHOW. WHAT IS RELEVANT IS WHAT BODY LANGUAGE YOU ARE DISPLAYING.

If you BL is money, you will have women attracted to you all day, day in day out, without much effort on your part. In short:
- slow down your movements and speech,
- relax your eyes,
- always lean back and always be in the most comfortable position in the group/interaction; this means your are leaning back against the wall while others are standing straight/sitting back while others are leaning in, etc.

I forgot to add that if they get my phone number some how then I start getting called by them constantly so they can talk about nothing.

Dude, I don't know, who cares if you're not interested in dating them?

If you are, I hope you don't work with them directly, dating at the workplace is always dumb.
