LOL. Water is good enought. Thing about milk is there is 20% whey and 80% casein protein. So you get few grams more protein in that way. I personaly like fruit juice since it adds so much needed carbs cause protein alone wont do magic. It have to be balanced with carbs in diet. Try using water and add few pieces of fruit like apple. You will see big difference and refreshing taste.
Thing about milk its not healthy these days. Unless you use more natural verson like organic or so.
