Hi all,

I'm new to this forum, and the reason I have joined is that I'm seeking out participants for my psychology research which is looking at how people understand the thoughts and feelings of others. And I figured, as a relationship forum, this would be a good place to find people who might be interested in participating in my research!

I will attach the blurb below, and hopefully those of you who are interested will participate. I will be happy to post useful information regarding the results of the study in October.

"As part of the requirements of the Honours in Psychology program, I am currently undertaking an empirical research project. I am working under the supervision of Dr Jeff Ward, a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology at the Australian National University.

And I would love it if you could participate in my project!

ALL ARE WELCOME, as long as you are 18 years and over.

This study has been designed to investigate the way in which people understand the thoughts and feelings of others.

It will take approximately 20-30 minutes of your time to complete.

Don't the participants have to proven to be genuine for the study to be valid? Never done such research, just curious about how its accuracy could be ensured.
