Yes I meant it if someone has forced her to this marriage...I don't know the law in Your country but i suppose there is no foundation who helps girls escape from such marriages... The only and the most difficult way is to run with her.But You would need to plan it very very good. And it won't work in one day.For such thing You need to plan every single part of it.And probobly You would need to leave the country. So it would also mean to break all of the contacts,so nobody could find You.Try to find some foundation for example from UK ,I think there is many of it.They could help You prepare everything, like to find a place where You both could live ,names change etc... If You and this girl are ready for a step like this then try.But all must be in a secret. It's like You need to kiddnap her . It's really a big move so You have to be REALLY decided for it.It can change Your lifes totally . But if You're not ready for this, than You just have to forget her... Wish You the best.

Hi S-Ali, Sorry for your heartbreak.

Pettit Papillon, be careful! While your advice would be spot-on in European/American cultures, in many parts of the world, including Pakistan, forced arranged marriages are the cultural norm, and are protected by law.

So while whisking her away has enormous risks already, one of those risks may be prison if you are caught in Pakistan!

    Good luck,

    Carl.

Instead of being supportive you're getting suicidal? There's nothing you could've done except accept it. Your life is not over, there are lots of other girls out there, she's not the only good woman out there. I hope you come back and read your posts one day and laugh at how silly you sound.

I agree with you. There are huge differences between Western/Eastern cultures. Prison would be the best case scenario. If this woman agreed to run away with you and was caught, the price (at least for her) could be death.

I'm sorry for your loss, but you need to forget about this woman.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I wouldn't expect to forget about her so quickly. It will take some time. Just keep yourself really busy to divert your attention. Maybe you can take up a new hobby? I suggest something physical. Exhaustion will help you sleep at night when you will likely feel the worst.
