I drink beer because I enjoy beer. I used to enjoy getting drunk, but I just like a light buzz now. I don't really like a lot of hard liquor; I do like captain morgan, and jägermeister, but i only drink those once and a while.

Not really. Rockstar + double espresso + 2 Mountain Dews = 160mg + 200mg + 100mg = 460mg caffeine. Average caffeine pill has 100mg of caffeine, so it is the same as about 4.5 caffeine pills

But what is nice about energy drinks is they contain other chemicals besides caffeine such as ginseng and whatnot. Caffeine is a methylated xanthine compound, but energy drinks have other xanthine compounds with methyl groups at other nitrogens that have similar effects
