NLP training

Ok I’ve been reading and hearing some strange things about NLP training. I voluntarily went for training about a year ago to motivate myself to get my business up and running. I was a bit fearful and having a hard time jumping in. previous to that I worked for a corporation and thought the regular NLP training I got from them was a great motivator for my job and job satisfaction. However recently I have been reading about ‘common purpose’ and their NLP training. I do find it strange that they focus on kids as future leaders and train them with this method. I personally think kids should be left alone psychologically to develop into their own personalities before undergoing any kind of training like this. What do you think?

NLP is a bunch of faux-psychology from the 70's that no mainstream psychologists give any credence anymore, its mainly used today as a tool by 'Gurus' like Tony Robbins and people who think words have the magical ability to hypnotize.

Placebo, placebo. Don't buy into it.
