Basic communication & conversation is something you take for granted.

For me its a struggle to come up with simple things to say. Those who are introverts all their lives struggle alot more than those who are naturally exoverts. Having social anxiety disorder and dyssemia doesnt help. Those who have these disorders know what I am talking about.
