Has any males out there in cyber world ever had a friends with benifits relationship and wanted more? If so how did it work out?

Look, friends with benefits is okay. It can go well or bad depending on how your approach the situation. If you are honest with your friend with benefits and tell her that you just want that, you are doing great; then if she wants the same thing, well there you have your friend with benefits. Dont go with lies and love words if the only thing you want is sex; that's very low from anyone. Moreover, you may be creating hope and an illusion to the other person that is not true; and trust me, if you do that, it would bring you trouble. If you just want a friend with benefits, just go out there and be discreet on how your ask for it, but do it, there is plenty of people who are in the same situation as you are. But be honest, it will save you a lot of trouble.
