Rejection Problem

So...there's this girl that I feel like that whole 'True Love at First Sight' buisness is real with her. We laugh and I think we flirt...not quite too sure. The problem is is that she is leaving to go to college soon and a rat of mine said that they talked to her the other night, when my rat was hammered also, and he says that she says she doesn't want a boyfriend right now cuz she's going to college. I don't wanna live in regret and miss my chance...how do I get her?
