Want to change "Registered User" label

hello i been trying to change the label under the username where it says, "Registered User" but cant seem to find it in my CP. A fellow forum member has been trying to help me out but i dont seem to have that option in my CP...(see below)

It should be under "Edit E-mail and Password", and above your birthdate.

Please someone lend a helping hand...thank u so much!

it's under the "user cp" option. from there you can edit your personal settings
