it really depends on the mood , but there are too many factors to name .

for example : if the girl is new to sex , you cannot got hard right away . if both of you are being very passionate , then it will probably start off a bit slow .
if she is shy then she probably wont make the whole room shake ...

it all depends , but i think everybody does both .
