I'm a 26 year old virgin and my whole life I've been afraid of intimacy. I have a lot of insecurities about myself and because of them I am afraid to be intimate. Is there anyway I can fix this?

untill recently i was a virgin too
and i was very insecure...
1 reason was i never had a girlfriend
then i met someone who really loved me and who i really really love
i instantly felt better around her
the first time we really got intimate she gave me a blowjob
and i was really scared, i even asked her afterwards wether my penis wasn't too small ^^
she said i had absolutly nothing to worry about
when we really got to sex i felt bad too, it happend so fast...
but after 5 times i got the hang of it
now she's moaning and all curly when we do it
believe me... that's the greatest boost for your ego i have found after all these years
find yourself a nice girl who you feel comfortable wit, and get in intimate at your own tempo
you'll see what i mean

Sounds like you are shy. Why do you think you are shy? How about some details about your shyness. Are you afraid to fail? I've failed plenty of times, but I learned from my failures and I'm a better person for it.
