Not to mention I have to come back to having to clean all this shit up, and then when I flip out on the little bitch, she pisses all over the place.

They're alone for about 3-4 hours.

Way more often than not it is the problem of the owners. People need to learn to discipline their dogs as soon as they get them. My dog has never had an accident in the house once (he was already potty trained), never destroyed any furniture, stays only in the kitchen and always stops before entering the living room or family room (rug is how he knows not to enter), never barks, never breaks his invisible fence, etc...

Some of it is probably just because he is good natured, but if you don't put forth the effort to teach your dog these things (like a lot of lazy fuccks probably don't) then don't blame the dog

Animals, like children, really can't be held responsible for their actions. You are the intelligent human, so you need to change yours. Start getting into the habit of putting things, like your Chinese food, up onto a counter & closing doors to rooms you want the dogs to stay out of.

I grew up with dogs, but I have a cat now. She's pretty zen, but if I leave a roast chicken on the kitchen counter for even a few minutes, we are sharing it w/her, cat hair & all. So it gets covered & into the fridge, stat. You are smarter than a puppy; learn & adapt. That is all.
