    I am tempted to sign up for twitter.

    What's to do on there other than tweet.

    from what I gather it is a way for people to follow your moves/day ( like a daily, and brief blog) eg..''off to get some milk from the store'' (ok I'm being ironic here but you know what I mean) etc....apparently it is meant to be cool, because it allows you to keep up to date with people on your list at any given time...I guess its like FB but on the move and without all that advertising...you get to choose who you follow...and people get to follow your ''tweets''


    I can see its uses for small/medium businesses but not sure how it would enhance personal/social life, other than procrastinating here and there....( why do I know all this?)


    what would you use it for?

    It's annoying as hell when some of you friends tweet EVERYTHING that happens in their life.

    Like "I'm having salmon for dinner"

    But overall I like it. If you don't want to tweet, you can always follow others.

    A lot of politicians, athletes, journalists, etc, have twitter.

    People who tweet are twits? LOL!

    I think I was the last person on the planet to get a FB account. I still only log on if someone sends me a msg via it. I hate that. Mostly everyone knows to email me directly.

    Isn't this Twitter just a new version of Blogger?

    Mbe we should start the porn, X-rated version as an offshoot of LF. We can call it Peeper.

    Apparently I made a twitter account. I made it a year ago and forgot all about it. 'Bout a month ago I got a notice that my great aunt was following my twitter page. Confused, I clicked the link and saw that I'd left two disgusting messages and also posted an unmistakable photo of myself. I imagine alcohol was involved. Talk about delayed shame.
