Is there anything specific? I mean, aside from cougars, and honestly I mean people that want a true relationship with a younger guy. Is it the looks, financial stability, or is it something more?

Younger guys and financial responsibility? That's not a typical combo in my experience. My current boyfriend is 3 years younger than I am. He's 22, I'm 25. It had nothing more to do with the fact that he's a kind, loving person. I didn't even know he was younger than I was at first, but it didn't bother me when I found out.
I don't go looking for any one type of man. I meet people and base who I like on their individual personality.
Depends on how wide the age gap, but I would say a short refractory period, a lack of insecurity about income disparities*, plus all the normal stuff.
*yeah, we KNOW you are younger, and probably make less money. A lot less.

Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
