Why is everything with you have to be about it's "them vs me"? It CLEARLY said it was for EVERYONE.

And yes, it said anyone could use it - that way instead of going off-topic on someone else's serious post - you could use that thread.

i don't think it would have worked out that way. people would still have continued to go off topic to say hello to someone that's just shown up in the middle of someone else's thread.
