The unfortunate Victorian concept of "virginity" is, if it has any positive qualities at all, to keep children from diddling each other. Virginity is for children. Sex is for adults. I admit that being with a virgin was a nice experience. There was something about that innocence that I found incredibly attractive. She was unpolluted by other men, free of baggage that comes with diverse sexual / emotional experience and it did create certain additional feelings which I didn't have with the others.

Sadly, being with a virgin comes with a sad realization that you are with them only temporary. Before long most virgins yearn for more experience, they want to live while they are still young and they move on. So as nice as it was, it had seeds of end right from the start. Unfortunately you can't keep a virgin these days (most anyway).
