I used to wonder the same thing, until I saw an all girl AC/DC cover band in Japan. The lead guitarist (Doing Angus's part) was not very attractive, but I would have given my left testicle to hook up with her. She was wild, confident, and having a great time.

It doesn't do it for me, but I guess some girls find it sexy. Every girl has their own thing that makes a guy more attractive. The artsy guy thing isn't my style, but I do love music.

I'm not into "artsy" guys either, but I think music is kind of an equalizer. You could have an artsy guy or a businessman who comes home and relaxes and plays some tunes on his guitar. I've known really athletic guys, smart guys, dumb guys, sweet guys and jerks who played guitar.

Yes, it is romantic, especially when you look and smile at her while you play. But I also like guys who can play the drums.

Shheadz, as long as you have a house and a job the guitar is fine.
I've just known too many guys who thought as long as they had a guitar they didn't need the rest.
