i did everything wrong! can i get him back?

he was giving me multiple chances. he just told me me to back off for awhile, respect his space and that everything would be different. i managed to start to do this instead of texting like a maniac and bothering him all day. next thing i know i give him just a few days of space and he contacted me. then we are fighting again because he said it didn't feel right that we were having sex and not dating. which is hard to believe since he whored around quite a bit before me. he now says he just wants friendship, but can i do anything to get him back? just wait and let him contact me? i was pretty mean to him when we fought and i need to apologize in depth at some point, but obviously this isn't the right time. do i have a chance in hell?
