So I met this girl about a week ago, we are goin out for the second time on friday. Its currently wednesday. Is it cool to text her everyday? Do most girls like that attention or is it overbearing?

I am quite interested in this same question.
Depends on interest. If interest is not as strong on her side you texts are going to be plain simply be ****ing annoying. I have to put up with this bitch texting me everyday, idiot things that there is actually someone on the other side that cares.
"Why are you an atheist?"
"because I paid attention in science class."
i would agree with only-virgins...with my gf when i first met her she was really interested and we messaged each other a lot soo ya depends on intrest level...but just try not to be really crazy with the texting..give her a little bit of space and see how she messages you
Everyone is different on this.
I like it if a guy txts me once or twice a day even at the early stages.
Some girls dont like it tho the same as some guys dont.
If you are not sure, I would not message her everyday at the moment, maybe everyother day instead if you like to have contact or wait a bit longer until you know her more.
Just show how interested you are by smileing at her, making lots of eye contact, complimenting her and maybe even kissing her on and at the end of the date.
Do not text her every day unless you are responding to her messages. Text her the evening before your date to confirm your plans, and then leave her alone unless you have something important to say. Chit-chatting on the phone is a fairly feminine trait, and you run the risk of looking a little desperate.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
i loved getting a text in the morning just so I knew he was thinking of me, and then if i wanted to text him, then i would...but I would initiate...not him.
