    Long Distance Love

Hey am new to this but i really need some good advice. Its been a week since my boyfriend and I started dating. We're both ok with having a long distance relationship. We really hit it off since day one. It felt like we knew each other for a lifetime. But now its kinda slowing down becoz of his schedule. He's usually busy all the time. And my schedule isnt as hectic. But wen he does call me there's always some1 or something that wud divert his attention. I did ask him to text me if he gets too busy and he does once in a while. But i really like this guy and I want to get him to miss me more and get him to make time for me and make me feel that he feels the same without seeming desperate or pushy. What can i do? Help!

You gotta let him go. Sorry, if he isn't making the time to talk to you in a long distance relationship, he doesn't care all that much.

LDRs never work without 2 things:

    - prior history of established relationship
    - defined end period to the separation

You are in a new relationship already LDR. Not going to work, sorry.

#1 reason why LDRs don't work = people expect them to fail

if he's busy then what do u want from him? u'll have to wait it out or decide it's not worth the wait... best u can do is show him what he's missing.

If he's busy then you get busy too.

Long distance relationships are fun when you don't take them seriously. I love it!

    Okay.

Question: Anyone who has *started out* as an LDR (like the OP here) and is still in a successful relationship (i.e. still together after 5 years and/or married) please post here.
