We just met at work and now we hang out a lot, and flirt. I'm confused, is she leading me on on purpose? Or is she in to me? Does a flirty girl like this know what she is doing? Or is she just innocently trying to be friends?

Yes, flirty girls (and boys) know what they are doing. I've done it and I've seen it. Thing is though, most inter-office flirting is just that - a bit of fun at work but will never go anywhere.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.
