Especially about relationships, thinking too much about what could go wrong rather than living in the here and now and loving every minute of it?
How does one stop worrying?
Especially about relationships, thinking too much about what could go wrong rather than living in the here and now and loving every minute of it?
Think of positive things that have happened in your life that make you the person that you are, and the hobbies that you think she should experience.
As long as you think about stuff that she wouldn't mind doing, instead of what you'd like doing, thinks will be okay.

maybe you're worrying because you have self-doubt. Remind yourself of all the great qualities you have. And tell yourself how great you are every now and then. Tell yourself "Man! I am soo awesome!". And then continue improving yourself more and more. Tell yourself that you are just waiting for someone who is good enough to be with you.
don't let self-worries overcome you, and you'll second doubt the correct decisions that you have made. I have done so, don't make the same mistake.

Be happy with yourself and know that you are happy without needing someone else's company. As soon as you think that you need someone, then you will start to worry.
