I read multiple places that girls like guys with smaller eyes and that it is a more manly characteristic. Indignants Alex dude has smallish eyes and you think he is sexy. It is considered a manly characteristic

a lot of these things have nothing to do with being cute but looking cute

and to answer the actual question, it depends on the person, one thing a certain guy does may be cute on them an no one else. it's about presentation often times.
