    Diet and weight loss coaches

    Hey, I've got a bunch of physiological issues that I want to handle, since I started living alone as a college student I gained weight really fast and I've never been a small person to begin with. I go to the gym and have tried the slimming world course but I must be doing something wrong because nothing I do seems to be able to even kick start my weight loss so my father is now willing to send me to professional help. Does anyone know about dietitian and nutritionist? I was thinking of trying nutritional therapy.. Has anyone else done this? Can you suggest a program or specialist to tell me how to fix myself?

    Lift weights for 45mins -1 hr. 3 times a week. Should target major muscle groups and should be compound exercises. I think its better to change your mindset to fat loss instead of weight loss.
