well, actually, not a "diet" diet. just eating habits in general. When i'm at college, I eat crap. plus I eat when i'm bored rather than when I'm hungry. But not to worry, in May i'll be back at home for three months being a KIPPER, eating good, home cooked, healt---.. .. oh shit, no I wont, because I'll be in the states on a working visa, eating more crap than ever!
So I guess it is now up to myself to stop eating crap. So I started eating yoghurt and wholewheat bread and bran flakes and.. um. then I ran out of ideas. Eating yoghurt (yes that is how we spell it here) mixed with bran flakes for dinner (actually, this is the only way I can eat yoghurt without wanting to gag) now and then might be healthier than eating, saayy.., a tin of cookies for dinner.. but it's not enough variety.
• Need simple recipe ideas! Studenty ones.
Actually, considering that I have only a few square inches of kitchen surface to work with that isn't covered in mysterious sticky substances or stacked full of old dishes, random bottles, etc,... they don't even have to be proper recipes. Just ideas, like.. microwaving one of those broccoli/carrot/califlour mix bags. Better than pot noodles for sure.
