If this girl made eye contact with me and we both smiled at each other but this moment only lasted for 2 seconds........does it mean somthing? Is she attracted to me or just being nice?

She looked down after the 2 seconds.

Looking down after eye contact is usually a sign that there's some attraction, especially coupled with a smile. 2-3 seconds for eye-contact is actually pretty long, so there's usually interest involved.
