    Mouse in the house 8D

Heya. You can call me Mouse, but my real name is Hannah. I found this place cos Tdurden is one of my very best friends IRL (We've known each other since infancy, d'aww) and it sort of looked like fun.

I'm... female, almost 19, and a deadbeat art school dropout :C ...Currently trying to figure out what to do next.

I would post a picture of myself wearing a stupid hat, but it won't let me until I've made 15 posts. Bugger.

    Anyway, hello!

in our course, every year there's a few people who choose Visual Communications because they think "only two exams a year? score!" and assume there is no other work.

but anyway, enough judging and generalising. What kind of stuff do you do, mouser?

XD Oh he knows it's true. And he'd be best not denying it cos we both know I know embarrassing personal secrets.

Anyway, no, I'm not that kind of person, Tiay. Actually, I've been interested in art since I was.. around nine? I applied to 3 art schools, went to one near home, and it just turned out to not be the kind of school I wanted to go to. I knew it was going to be hard, and yeah, it was, but that's not why I left. It just didn't ...mesh well with how I feel about art, I guess? XD

& While I was there I majored in illustration. I do a lot of different stuff. Does that answer your question?

I'd love to see some of your work (: I suck at illustration.. better at the digital stuff. I know what you mean about the school- lots of those places are too structured, the lecturers are too into their own style, etc.

Every time I hear the name "Durden" I think of a dorky guy with a bow tie. Probably because my school President's name is Durden, and he's a dorky guy with a bowtie.

I do tend to use them quite a bit, sorry XD I'm an expressive person!

@Tiay: Aw, that's too bad. I suck at painting, but I quite like oil pastels and colored pencil.. and I adore doing collage stuff.
