I just mean a man with some humor. I like someone who is physically secure... able to walk and exercise, energetic, healthy. Someone who is strong and confident. Not necessarily arrogant and conceited, but knows that they are worth something and won't just settle for less.

As far as the first thing I notice, it's most likely posture. Guys who stand up straight and hold their back and their heads high are most likely to get my attention. Good posture telegraphs strength and confidence, which is always sexy.
