Advice Pls? Thinking of my friend's buddy, all the time.

Been in such state for quite a few days. If you guys could guide me to a better path of thinking?
I'm thinking of my friend's buddy (Fiona) most of the time. Fiona has a boyfriend in another country btw, but she does show some interest in me either. What makes it a trouble is that me and this friend (Kimberly) have had sex recently. Kim and I both understand that we're just normal friend, but sometimes she does show more affection to me than normal friend.
Been feeling quite frustrated regarding this matter lately. Any critics or advice on how to tackle this problem? Thanks a lot!
