    meaning behind the actions?

Ok just wondering if there's any meaning behind the following actions?

There's this guy- for a few months I fell out with his mates including him and tried not to speak to him but he always said 'hi how are you?' so then of course I had to respond. Anyway one night he came upto me and was like 'i don't want there to be a grudge between us etc etc can we be friends again...' so yeah we're him and I are friends again now. One day in the dining hall my friend said to me 'why is he staring at you?' So I looked over and waved and he waved back and then he stopped staring. Quite random. Anyway, when he left the dining room I watched him as he walked past the window (sad i know) and saw that he looked at me too and therefore caught me looking.
A few nights later me and some of my mates and his mates were just hanging out in our ahll bar and me and him were just chatting and he mentioned that he'd broken up with his girlfriend. So I said 'Oh im sorry'. And then he was like 'why are you sorry?'. So I said 'Well cos youve split up your gf' and then his reply was quite strange - 'oh right, yeah.' He kept teasigng me over how I said a particular sentence.
Also, whilst we were just talking, one of his friends looked over at one point, and said 'get a room you two!' I was thinking 'huh?' Oh yeah, we played a random game - where he started hitting my leg and so then id try and hit his leg when there was enough time! (Random I know)
There was also one point that night when my friend said he gave me 'a checking me out' look. But yeah anyway, we did kiss later that night when we were all out in town but nothing more. I do think I secretly like him, I just haven't told anyone although I do think one of my friends has guessed!

I guess I'm just wondering whether it's possible from any of this, that he likes me??? What do you make of his reply to the girlfriend comment? and what about when his friend said 'get a room' - we were only talking!????

Although your antics would indicate that the two of you are twelve, I'd say yes, he likes you.

look we're only 19 who cares -it's ok to be immature at times! And that was one of them! im just wanting sensible opinions from other people as i have a tendency to look way too much into stuff. so if you're only gonna make stupid comments then please don't post a reply. i just want a bit of constructive advice/opinions etc.

Sorry Rockin, but I had the same opinion when I read your post. I chose not to post it at the time; but come one. You were kissing; chances are he likes you. If you're not sure, talk to him about it. Act like an adult.

Haha - I'd forgotten what thought patterns looked like when a girl is 19. Thanks for the memories!

ok yeah i guess i was just kind of worried that i may be completely reading into things, like most girls do. im so bad at doing that and then getting my hopes up. i think i just wanted some reassurance that i wasn't just imagining his feelings! I was kind of thinking afterwards about whether that was all he was after (a kiss) but then i would've thought that perhaps if that was the case, he wouldve perhaps ignored me and avoided me..i dunno perhaps just cos it happened on a night out, but then i saw him a few days later and he did say hi and asked me how i was...

you're 19...shoot, you should have a few porn vids under your belt by now...

f'n a...he's staring at you, trying to catch glimpses of you through a window, he tells you he broke up with gf, he didn't wanna hear "sorry" from you but rather something else, his mates know what's up with him (thus the "get a room"), he's playful with you, he's checking you out, he's kissing you...

yeah, you're right...he's not in to you at all. in fact, i think those are all universal signs of repulsion...

[don't get your panties in bunch...just roll with the sarcasm...]

Yay! Someone has a crush on you!

And, hey - all these signs are so cute - at 31 I happen to love "middle school antics".

    Best with it!

rockin_rio: I bet this guy is doing recon for some secret high profile government research on post-adolescent female response to blatant flirtation. He's just playin you, don't fall for it.
