    Honest question...

I could really use any and all Female perspectives on this that I can get. There is someone I truly love with all my heart and soul and she has expressed to me that I am the love of her life. Over the last week and a half she has pulled away from me and is now being very stand-offish with me and we have talked and she tells me that things just need to cool down for a little bit. I have gone over every detail in my mind about what I could have possibly said or done that might have caused this and I replayed everything over and over in my head again to make sure it was not something I did to cause this. Any and all Female perspectives are needed here. I have talked to many guys and they pretty much have the same opinion but that really is not an option to me.

Maybe she became overwhelmed with your intense emotion.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

Yep. Unless she has a passion that matches yours, too much intensity = skittish filly. Back off a bit & give her some time to adjust to the emotions.

i think maybe after telling you something as big as "you are the love my my life" triggered a feeling of fear within her, as she may feel anxious that you could be the real deal and she may be afraid that she has developed feelings for you that even she cannot control. she needs time to get her head around the idea be aware that she needs space also..you are the LOVE of her life, but dont engulf it completely.

This is all very good information I have been trying to gain and understand many other perspectives, that is what I always do before I make any kind of decision, but like I said all the male perspectives I have had so far have been very negative. And sorry no offense to the other guys out there, I am trying to stay away from very blunt, negative perspectives due to the fact I do not want my perspective clouded by such things.

Nobody in the world can tell you what's going on better than she can. It sounds to me like she's just emotionally overwhelmed, but you had better confirm that. It doesn't look good for your future that you'd rather ask us than her.
